If you are trying to send an email and you receive a bounce message, please try to check the following first:


1. Double check that the email address you have is correct and that there is no typo. For Instructor email addresses, you can find the most up to date on the Associate Portal > Reports > Instructor Email List


2. Check how big your email is. Emails sent to Instructor's iKumon email address have a 30MB limit on the iKumon side. Make sure to shrink, split, or share the file(s) via OneDrive. 


3. If it bounced the first time from #2, please wait 30 to 60 minutes before trying to send your email again. You have been put in "Time Out" from sending to that email address to prevent repeated Non-Delivery bounces. Make sure to shrink, split, or share the file(s) via OneDrive.
