Regarding this case.

[#36386] Headset issues Gloria : Kumon Helpdesk Support (freshdesk.com)


The user using USB type earphone.

 I can hear her voice, but she cannot hear my voice at CCA/MacUC and Teams.


Usually tried to windows update and dell command update then problem is fix.

But this time it didn't fix this issue.


*Restart PC several times.

*She tried to connect earphone to her personal PC, it's works.

*Without earphone (audio speaker) is work.

*Check latest windows update date. 

* PC recognition her earphone (Check device manager)



Not earphone issue.

This issue is PC audio issue.


When you were same issue, please try below process.


1. Please check latest version CCA/MaxUC. 

If not, please version up it. 

2. Apply all missing drivers and fully update windows. 

3. Uninstall & Reinstall the Realtek drivers.
