*You need to use Internet Explorer to access http://eforms.kumon.com
If you have a problem logging into http://eforms.kumon.com with your username/password, try the solutions below:
Solution 1: Add Kumon domain before your username
1. You need to type kumon.com\ before your username
Example: kumon.com\hqtmp
Solution 2: Set Internet Explorer to login to Kumon sites automatically
1. Click “Tools” from the top menu in Internet Explorer
2. Select “Internet Options” from the drop down menu
3. Select the “Security” Tab”
4. Select “Custom Level”
5. Scroll to the bottom of the list and click “Automatic Logon with current username and password”
6. Click “OK” and then “OK” again
You should now be able top login to Kumon websites without having to input your username/password
Solution 3: Reset Internet Explorer to factory default settings
*Resetting Internet Explorer will remove your current homepage setting
1. Click “Tools” from the top menu in Internet Explorer
2. Select “Internet Options” from the drop down menu
3. Select the “Advanced” tab
4. Click the “Reset” button near the bottom of the window
5. Click the “Reset” button on the next window that appear
6. Click “Close” on the next window that appears
7. Click “OK” on the next window and then close and reopen Internet Explorer
