iPhone Setup

1. Turn on phone > select Language / Region.

2. Press "Set Up Manually" on quick start screen.

3. Connect to Wifi network, if wifi is not available scroll down to Use Cellular Connection.

4. On Data Privacy screen select Continue.

5. On Remote Management screen you will see, “Kumon North America, Inc. will automatically configure your iPhone”, Select Next.

6. Enter your network credentials HQXXX and Password. Select Next.

7. Create your iPhone Passcode.

8. Apple ID, select “Forgot password or don’t' have an apple ID?” then select “Set Up Later in Settings.” When prompted Are you sure, select “Don’t use.”

9. Agree to Terms and Conditions.

10. Enable Location Services

11. True Tone Display select Continue.

12. Meet the New Home Button, select Customize Later in Settings.

13. Welcome to iPhone select get started.

14. Phone will begin to download pre-approved applications from whitelist. Please wait for Airwatch Agent to download.

15. Open Airwatch Agent and create a passcode (this is separate from iPhone lock passcode).

*Please do not delete Airwatch Agent.*

16. Select the Mail icon when iPhone starts downloading Office apps and you must enter your Outlook password (If this step is skipped, you must go to Settings > Accounts & Passwords > Kumon Email > Account > Enter Password and press Done in top right corner.)

*Device may state that cannot get mail during this step.

17. User should receive Quarantine email, from this point you are done and IT Admin needs to release you from quarantine.
